Terms of Use

1. About the Hub

The Hub lets you browse artworks and artists, save works to a list, send inquiries, request a commission, book consultations and use the collector area. Some artworks link to our Artshop or other pages where purchases are made under their own terms. The Hub does not currently process payments.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must give information that is accurate, complete and current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or end an account that breaches these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Hub, you agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Hub, or remove copyright or other notices;
• disrupt or abuse the Hub or its networks, including through automated or repeated submissions;
• try to access accounts, records or staff-only areas that are not yours;
• submit false, harassing, indecent, fraudulent or unlawful material, or send spam;
• harvest or collect other people's information without their consent; or
• use the Hub in a way that infringes anyone's privacy, intellectual property or other rights, or breaks applicable law.

4. Inquiries, commissions and consultations

An inquiry, commission brief, feedback form or consultation request is a request to the gallery. It is not an order, and it does not by itself create a binding agreement for an artwork or commission. Any sale or commission will be agreed separately and confirmed by the gallery. Budget and timeline details you give are indications only, and we may decline a request.

Consultations are booked on Calendly and are also subject to Calendly's terms.

5. Artwork and artist information

Artwork details, images, availability and other information in the Hub are provided for general information and may change or contain errors. Artwork and artist information is synchronised from our other gallery systems, and external listings may be shown for convenience.

6. What you submit

You are responsible for what you submit, including briefs, reference files and comments, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You allow the gallery to use it to respond to you, deliver what you have asked for and operate the Hub as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Hub, its design, text, images and other content belong to GHZ-ART Gallery LLC, the artists or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view the Hub for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use artwork images or other content without written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The Hub links to third-party websites and services, such as Calendly, our Artshop, WhatsApp and social-media platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Use them at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, GHZ-ART Gallery LLC gives no warranties, express or implied, about the Hub or its content, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Hub. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using the Hub at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after your access ends will continue.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Hub after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
